GIFTS OR BEQUESTS

Leaving a gift or bequest in your will is a wonderful way to help ensure that Ambury Park Centre and its horses can continue their therapeutic work in the future. It is one of the easiest and most gratifying ways people can provide support to a cause close to their heart and a gift of any size is greatly appreciated.    

Writing a will need not be complicated but we do advise you seek professional advice from a solicitor or other advisor to ensure your will is legal. This helps avoid confusion over distribution of your assets and gives you peace of mind. In the will, it is important that the full name of our charity is used 'Ambury Park Centre Incorporated' and to avoid confusion, our registered charity number is CC23165.

The best way in which you can help us is by leaving a residuary legacy. It can be either the full amount or a percentage of the remainder of your estate after catering for dependents and payment of debts. Such a gift, if made for 'general purposes' can be applied to any area of the charity's activities, however a gift can also be restricted to a specific area of work.
